Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through the Wroot mobile application (“App”) and should be read together with our [Terms of Service] and [Privacy Policy].

Refund Policy

We offer a full refund for eligible requests placed within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery, under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • One or more products are missing from your order.
  • The product was lost or damaged during transit.
  • The product has expired.
  • In rare cases, if the product causes allergic reactions or does not suit you.


Note:

  • We require clear images of the product(s) showing the issue.
  • For “missing product” claims, we may review internal packing records and request images of the entire delivery package you received.


Non-defective Returns:

If you wish to return a product that is not faulty, we may accept returns of sealed & unused products, provided you notify us within 7 (seven) days of receipt. We will arrange a pickup once your request is approved.

How to Request a Refund

You can raise a refund request by contacting our customer care team (10 AM – 7 PM, Monday to Saturday) with:

  • Your Order ID.
  • The reason for your refund request.
  • Images of the product(s) in question.

Free Gift/Promotional Offer Items:

  • If your purchase included a free product or promotional item, you must return it along with the main product.
  • Refunds may be adjusted to account for any promotional discounts applied.

Return Process

  • Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will collect the product, usually within 2 working days (timelines may vary due to location, courier availability, or holidays).
  • Products must pass a Quality Check before refunds are processed:
    • Product must be sealed and unused.
    • Original packaging and all materials must be included.
  • If the product passes the Quality Check, your refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will send a refund link for you to provide your preferred payment details.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us via:

If the order is already out for delivery:

  • Decline the delivery when attempted, OR

If already accepted, keep the product sealed & unused so we can arrange a reverse pickup.

Refund Timelines

  • Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking: 5–7 working days after approval.
  • COD Refunds: May require a voided cheque leaf, bank statement, or bank details; processing can take up to 3 weeks.

Note: Refund timelines may be affected by bank policies or factors beyond our control.

Important Notes

  • Products must be returned in the same condition as delivered — sealed, unused, and with all original packaging.
  • Wroot reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet this Policy’s conditions.
  • This Policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer laws.
