These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wroot mobile application (“App”) and related services, including our hair health questionnaire, scoring system, product recommendations, and sales (“Services” and “Products”).

By downloading, accessing, or using Wroot, you agree that you have read, understood, and are bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other guidelines or policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the App or purchase Products.

(a) Information Only – The questionnaire, scoring, and recommendations in Wroot are intended for general informational and educational purposes. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
(b) No Doctor–Patient Relationship – Use of Wroot does not create any healthcare provider–patient relationship.
(c) Self-Reported Information – Your score and recommendations depend on the accuracy of your answers. Incorrect or incomplete responses may affect results.
(d) Product Sales – Products sold via Wroot are cosmetic or wellness products, not medicines unless explicitly stated. We make no guarantees regarding results; individual outcomes vary.

You must be at least 18 years old (or have legal guardian consent) to use Wroot and purchase Products. By using Wroot, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Keeping login details confidential.
• All activity under your account.
• Providing accurate and updated information.

(a) All prices are subject to change without notice.
(b) Orders are confirmed upon payment and acceptance.
(c) Products may be shipped by Wroot or third-party logistics providers. Delivery timelines are estimates only.
(d) Returns and refunds follow our Return & Refund Policy (as displayed in-app).
(e) All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

(a) “As Is” Basis – The App, Services, and Products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
(b) We do not guarantee:

• That scores or recommendations will meet your expectations.
• That any particular result will be achieved.
• That the App will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
  (c) All use is at your own risk. We disclaim liability for any adverse reactions, side effects, or dissatisfaction from Products.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Wroot and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product or Service in question.

You agree not to misuse the App or its content, and not to:

• Use Wroot for unlawful purposes.
• Infringe intellectual property rights.

Upload harmful or misleading content.

All content, trademarks, logos, and designs in Wroot are owned by us or our partners. You may not copy, distribute, or modify them without written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert City].
